TruthQuest is a mailing
list for Christians. The main purpose for TruthQuest is to
provide a forum for discussing the scriptures and exchanging
ideas about Christianity. We ask you to keep in mind that we all
share the love for God and for each other. As the name of this
list implies, the participants here should be on a quest for the
truth.
This list is not about any particular brand of Christianity. The
participants here have many different denominational backgrounds.
These bonds to the past are hard to break. Each persons goal
should be to put aside their preconceived notions about the
scriptures and strive for unity in spirit with their fellow
Christians. "If anyone thinks to be wise among you in this
age, let him become foolish, that he may become wise." 1Cor
3:18
When responding to posts from your fellow members, we ask that
you keep in mind our purpose as Christians is to build each other
up and not to tear each other down. Constructive and loving
comments are always appreciated. Every member should feel free to
respond to any post at any time.
